Booking shall be deemed confirmed on payment of 30% advance of estimated bill.
Our banquet tariff includes only menu & venue for prescribed time period only.
The menu must be finalized at least 3days prior to the function date or earlier.
Venue will be allocated as per minimum guaranteed pax or minimum guaranteed revenue whichever is higher.
Banquet Hall hire charges applicable if minimum guaranteed person does not match the hall capacity
There would be flexibility of 10% margin on the minimum guaranteed to expected number of pax. In case of the number of guests are exceeding the stated margin the providing food shall be charged with 10% extra on agreed rate & it takes minimum 45 mins & will be chef choice menu.
Menu changes are not permitted with 03 days of the function date.
The above mentioned rates are for this function/ event only and subject to revision in future.
Additional services as on actual
The hall for the function shall be provided for one session only 09:00 am to 05:00 pm or 07:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Increase of further use beyond the specified time, additional hall rent charges shall be applicable if hall is not booked for next session.
Banquet Hall to be vacated as per the time which was agreed at the time of booking
Banquet Hall rental include only the available infrastructure like space & present lighting fixture. Additional lighting decorations/arrangements if required shall be charged extra.
Playing of music in the venue shall be permissible only up to 10:00 pm subject to prior legal permission from local authority obtained by the host.
For any musical program, IPRS (The Indian Performing Right Society Lt.) License, and phonographic performance Ltd. License, are mandatory which needs to be obtained by the host prior to the function date.
GST extra as applicable
Liquor form hotel will be served only within the timing (10:00pm) specified by the state excise laws. Further more alcoholic beverages will not be served on days notified by appropriate authorities as ‘dry day
Outside food or beverages shall not be allowed either for sale or consumption inside the hotel
We do not entertain two or more guests sharing a single plate
